We're back again! This episode Dylan, Derek and Sarah are once again joined by Jon for our ongoing Lost retrospective. This time we talk about episode 10, 11 and 12 from season 3.
Starting with episode 10, Tricia Tanaka is Dead, a Hurley episode. Hurley's belief that he's cursed since winning the lottery is the central focus of the episode. Featuring a guest appearance from Cheech Marin who plays Hurley's shitty absentee father and our first introduction to Roger Workman and the Dharma Van. Which Hurley is led to by Vincent, Walt's dog.
From there we move on to episode 11 Enter 77, which is a Sayid episode. In flashbacks Sayid is moonlighting as a chef in Paris when he's spotted by one of his former torture victims. While on the Island he confronts the mysterious man with the eye patch who the Losties saw from the Pearl station.
And we end this recording with what we all felt was the weakest episode of this batch, episode 12 Par Avion, a Claire episode. In flashbacks it's finally confirmed that Christian Shepard is in fact Claire's father(something which was previously strongly alluded to), but she never actually learns his name. On the Island, Claire attempts to capture a bird which she believes carries a tracker in an attempt to get a message off the Island.
